RTG was responsible for the PS&E for this $178M design-build project to reconstruct 3.4 miles of four-lane divided rural highway to a six-lane tollway with continuous frontage roads, from east of Arterial A to east of Harris Branch Parkway. RTG tasks included management and coordination of roadway design team, roadway design, roadway detail sheets, internal drainage design, retaining wall layouts, removal sheets, and design cross-sections.
