RTG was responsible for the PS&E for a 4.5-mile section of this $1.3B design-build project consisting of a six-lane divided controlled-access tollway facility ultimately running from north of Georgetown to IH 10 near Seguin. RTG’s section included the directional “T” interchange at SH 45. RTG tasks included preparation of the interim and ultimate schematics, geometric design of all roadways, coordination between drainage and bridge design disciplines and PS&E development for the Section.
