Brock’s love for engineering started as a kid building rock dams on small streams in the Texas Hill Country, then as a summer intern for TxDOT doing survey, borehole drilling and concrete inspection. As an RTG PM he uses his collaborative style and obsessive attention to detail to manage multi-discipline teams on complex and sensitive schematic/environmental and PS&E projects.

Brock Miller, PE

Vice President

As one of the first members of the RTG team, Steve has enjoyed being a part of the firm’s growth over the past 20 years. While his focus has been in traffic engineering, Steve has enjoyed identifying alternatives for roadways across the state and then seeing those recommendations implemented, even if his kids don’t seem to have the same appreciation every time he points out a road he’s worked on.
