RTG completed design schematics for the addition of direct connectors and improvements to the existing cloverleaf interchange for IH 10 from Camp Bullis Road to Huebner Road and Loop 1604 from Kyle Seale Parkway to Lockhill-Selma. The project included improvements of 5.5 miles of IH 10 to upgrade the facility to a six-to-10-lane urban section and 4.7 miles of improvements along Loop 1604 to widen the facility with a combination of toll and free lanes to an eight-to-10-lane section.
