RTG developed the PS&E for 13 miles of rural four-lane divided controlled-access tollway on new location. The project included a railroad overpass, five stream crossing bridges, 47 culverts and four cross-street overpasses. The approved project route was refined at the West Buffalo Creek crossing to facilitate 404-permit approval. RTG performed all design tasks and PS&E assembly other than structural design.
