Conceptual layout and development of alternative schematics of seven miles of urban controlled-access freeway widening and reconstruction. Project included the IH 35 interchange with IH 410 (Fratt interchange) and two miles of associated improvements along IH 410. Typical section included four to five general-purpose lanes, two express lanes, one concurrent flow HOV lane and a three to four frontage road lanes in each direction.
