RTG led the PS&E to upgrade 6.5 miles of two county roads (Western Boulevard and Givens Road) to an FM highway. This project required detailed earthwork analysis of all traffic control phases to ensure constructability under traffic. RTG performed all design tasks and PS&E assembly.
