RTG was part of the Independent Engineering team for TxDOT using a design-build delivery method through design and post-design (construction) for a 5.5-mile extension (Downtown El Paso to IH 10) of an urban controlled-access tollway on new location. RTG’s tasks include reviewing developers design plans, design coordination, change order and independent cost estimating, documentation control, and ensuring contract documents standards and specifications were adhered to.
