RTG was selected to lead the PS&E development for a 5-mile mainlane extension  of urban six-lane controlled-access tollway. The project required refinement of an existing schematic and subsequent PS&E development within a five-month schedule. The project limits are located within an environmentally sensitive area and included a shared-use path and over 33 retaining walls. RTG performed all design tasks and PS&E assembly other than signals, illumination, structural design, and landscape design.
